Week 19 - Confidence In Prayer

Jan 18, 2026    Clint Conner

Many believers struggle with confidence in prayer, feeling uncertain whether God truly hears or cares about their requests. The apostle John reveals that because we belong to God, we can approach Him boldly and openly, without pretense or fear. Every prayer offered by a believer receives an answer from God, though His responses may come as yes, no, not that but this, or yes but not now. When we see others struggling with sin, our first response should be prayer rather than judgment. Confident prayer flows from confident salvation and involves bringing our requests to God while surrendering the outcomes to His perfect will and timing.
